1st Renaultoloog Meeting and Market

   

 

 

The 1st Renaultoloog Meeting & Market is for ALL Renault, Alpine, Saviem, Mack and Dacia cars, trucks, vans, tractors, campers etc.

Meeting: The meeting will take place from 9-17h (subscription is not required but would be nice for our guest list that we know what is coming!)

Market: The market will be full of international exhibitors with parts, books, brochures, model cars etc.

There is also various catering available.

Participating the meeting is for free, even without subscription you are very welcome. There are no overnight accommodation options at the meeting and market location. There is also no party night.

Seller/Market

Do you sell Renault, Alpine, Saviem, Mack and/or Dacia parts, books, brochures, model kits, model cars or other related products? Please register to join the 1st Renaultoloog Meeting and Market as a seller.

Market stand outside (parts, books, brochures, model kits, model cars, other) stand 2 to 31: Participating as a seller outside costs € 15,- a day, or € 25,- for 2 days. The rent for an optional market booth (4m x 1,2m) incl. tarpaulin costs € 25,- a day or € 35,- for 2 days (using your own tables or booth is also possible). Please note that there are a maximum of 25 places WITH market booth available!

Market stand inside (books, brochures, model kits, model cars, other) stand 32 to 39: Participating as a seller inside costs € 20,- a day, or € 30,- for 2 days including 1 or 2 tables (2x1m)

Opening hours: Opening hours for meeting participants are on saturday 7th of September and Sunday 8th of September from 9.00h till 17.00h.

Route description:

From direction Venlo and Germany: via A67, exit 38 (Panningen, Ysselsteyn), N277 Midden Peelweg direction Toverland, Zeeland; Roundabout (Toverland) 3rd exit direction Evertsoord (Helenaveensweg), than turn right at the end of the road, after 500 meters turn to the left.

From direction Eindhoven: via A67, exit 38 (Panningen, Maasbree, Sevenum), N277 Midden Peelweg direction Toverland, Zeeland; Roundabout (Toverland) 3rd exit direction Evertsoord (Helenaveenseweg), than turn right at the end of the road, after 500 meters turn to the left.

From direction Zeeland (N.Br.), Ysselsteyn(L): N277 direction Kessel, Roermond, Roundabout 1st exit direction Evertsoord (Patersstraat).

From direction Roermond, Kessel, Weert: N277 direction Toverland, Zeeland; Roundabout (Toverland) 3rd exit direction Evertsoord (Helenaveenseweg), than turn right at the end of the road, after 500 meters turn to the left.

  

Overnight accommodation options

There is no overnight accommodation possible on the location during the Meeting and Market. But there are various accommodation options near the meeting location, such as campsites, bed & breakfast, hotels and holiday parks. • Taking part on the Renaultoloog Meeting and Market is completely at one’s own risk! Participating means automatically that you accept and agree to the rules and regulations as mentioned in this order.

• Participating the meeting with your Renault, Alpine, Saviem, Mack and/or Dacia is for FREE. Subscribing in advantage is not required but to make a vehicle guest list we would like to hear from you with which vehicle your are joining the meeting. You can register via contact@renaultoloog.nl or via Whatsapp: +31629251960.

• There are no overnight accommodation options at the meeting and market location. There is also no party night.

 • When a payed participation (seller) is cancelled, the cancelling will be completed with after the Festival.

• A consumption coin costs €2,50 each.

• It is not possible to pay electronic or by card during the meeting, payment in cash or via payment request (QR-code) only.


• Renaultoloog, its officials and personnel cannot be held liable for, negative influences of the weather, personal injuries, disease, theft, damage caused by fire, loss and / or damage of vehicles and goods. Taking part is completely at one’s own risk!

• Participating vehicles must at least have a third-party insurance.

• Drive slowly and carefully on the grounds. This rule will be strictly enforced.

• When you enter the meeting and market grounds you agree that there is a possibility that you will be put on a photo or video and that this photo or video may be published somewhere.

• Noise nuisance of any kind will not be tolerated.

• Always follow directions of the officials; on the grounds as well as in the immediate surroundings.

• Keep the grounds clear. All waste must be put in the garbage containers for that purpose.

• Please clean up feces from pets immediately.

• Smoking is prohibited in the building.

• There is NO WIFI available.

• BBQ with/and all above-ground fire places are not permitted, due to fire safety.

• All festival participants respect people, animals and environment.

• Please keep toilets and showers clean.

• In case of emergency: see emergency plan in the building at the Boutique Renaultoloog.

• Before coming over, ALWAYS check the Renaultoloog website or Facebook page for the latest news!
