Overview of all Renault
bikes, scooters and 3-wheelers
Renault has used its knowledge of car engineering in designing a unique
series of high-tech bicycles. Looking to the matter it appears that the
know-how, coming from the Formula 1 engine designers, caused a
revolutionary improvement of the bicycles’ suspension. Two years of
preparatory research, done by Renault Sport, led to the design of a
mountain bike equipped with a full suspension that can be compared with
the suspension of a Formula 1 car. This NRS (No Resonance System)
suspension system combines the convenience of a full-sprung mountain bike
with the performances of a traditional stiff mountain bike, by absorbing
the shocks without loosing power. It increases steering pleasure without
affecting the typical mountain bike feeling. The NRS-system gives far
more better performances on extremely heavy terrain and it prolongs the
bike’s lifespan. The selection of Renault bikes offers, among others, a
folding bike, unfolding in 20 seconds, a series of hybrid bikes and bikes
for kids of various ages. In short: Renault bicycles are wide-ranging,
sporty and innovative…
